We received this mixer as a wedding gift from my godmother - We weren't registered for it and thought we had no use for it. When we received it, of course I was excited because my kitchen is red and I thought it would be fun to have and display and use every now and then. Well, I started using it for random things - like mashing potatoes, cookies, even tapas and bean dips. I was so excited that I try to make something with this mixer at least once a week - I bought "The Mixer Bible" cookbook and actually search for recipes that I can do solely in the mixer. I've ordered the shredder and grinder attachments - so I'm looking forward to receiving that - and I also have the ice cream maker - which is so much fun!
