Excellent Mixer
I bought this for my wife who enjoys cooking and baking frequently. We had the white Artisan 5 Qt. mixer for almost four years. Never had a problem or any other issues. We used it at once a week to mix baking dough. This unit didn't have a tilt heard so we decided to get the new unit. When we wanted to purchase it it was around $299 and read a review mentioned a customer purchasing for $199. We decided to wait it was Mother's day week expecting people to pay a premium for their purchases. Waited nearly a week and it was true, Amazon dropped the price by $100 making it for $199. Made the purchase immediately thinking they will jack up the price again. We have used it for few times, just like our first KitechenAid this seemed to work without problems. Hopefully this will last us for a while.
