This is a substantial machine! It workes like a breeze! The instructional book that came with it has some great recipes! I changed the one for Pizza Crust by putting whole wheat flour in place of the all purpose flour and it worked perfectly as well. The instructional guide is super helpful! I read a negative review about the color - Caviar, but it is attractive and does match pretty well with my black kitchenaid food processor.
The main problem with these is deciding on a color!!! Too much selection perhaps?? Just kidding. It is very convenient but once it is on your counter, don't move it because it weighs a ton!
