With a little bit of research I think you will find that this is a very good Stand Mixer, which has plenty of options for continued use beyond dough and pastry making. The machine is pretty solid and *might* be too heavy for persons with weak wrists. We will probably never use a hand held mixer again, as this is so much more convenient and less messy. The colour options combined with the retro look make this a piece of kitchen art.
