I have owned my Kitchenaide mixer since year 2000 and I don't know what I would do without it. It makes cookies without any effort whatsoever, just put every ingredient in and turn it on.. nothing to it. It kneads dough without sitting there and pounding the dough with your fist yourself, and we love making homemade tortillas and flat breads.. if I didn't make them this way, I wouldn't ever bother.. too much work. I can boil chicken breasts, put them in whole, turn it on and in no time at all, have chicken salad. I have used this product endlessly and it's a wonder to me why they don't warrant the product for longer. It's a really good product that would probably sell for more money if the warranty was longer. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys simplifying cooking and baking.
