All those cooking shows made me buy this. I have always admired these kitchen-aid mixers... but never thought I'd get THAT much use out of them. I watched a cooking show... where they made chocolate mousse. That was the last straw.
Now I can't say how glad I am that I got this! My cookie dough is done as fast as I can measure out the ingredients! I was too lazy to mix the dough well before... so I rarely made cookies. The first week this was home I made 3 batches of delicious cookies, an angel food cake, a meat loaf, mountians of whipped cream, and the chocolate mousse. Clean up is easy too.
