HOLY COW!!!! How much do I love this mixer?!?!?!? The speeds are great, and I can make cream cheese icing in just 2 minutes, even if I forgot to take the cream cheese and butter out of the fridge!
I have wanted one of these for years, but never bought one - hello, who wants to spend $399 on a kitchen appliance?!?!?! - but then I found it on sale, with free shipping... it was only $199.99...and since I had the money at the time, I bought it - and boy am I glad I did...
It mixes super quickly, and even the instructions say that mixing things like cake batter will take less time than normal - and the 5 quart bowl is big enough to hold a DOUBLE batch of the world's greatest chocolate chip cookie recipe (found on the back of the Butter Flavor Crisco can! - but double he chips, and throw in some buterscottch chips, too - YUM-O!!!)
The thing you need to wach out for is adding too much flour (or dry ingredients) at once.... it will make a cloud of them if you do.... so just take your time adding them, and your kitchen will be cloud free!
