This is our first mixer and we are very pleased with it. The entire family uses it several times a week. We've made several types of cookies and cakes, dough for pie crusts, coconut meringue pie, coconut macroons, whipped cream, frostings, and several yeast breads, Our favorite use is for pizza dough. We don't order delivery pizza anymore! Fresh home made is so much better and at a fraction of the cost.
