KITCHENAID KSM15OPSWH ARTISAN STAND MIXER
I've purchased this for my 24 year old daughter for Christmas, who loves to bake. We've had our KitchenAid Mixer for over 30 years and the thing is a workhorse. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5, is because I actually don't know how this particular new model performs, but the KitchenAid mixer in general is a great appliance to add to any kitchen. We have the juicer and grinder attachments which have also seen alot of use.
