I ordered this mixer for my 82 year old Mom who has limited use of her hands because of arthritis. I set the mixer up so I could show her how to use it and we made a batch of cookies. This mixer is the best. We did not have to use a spatula. The mixer mixed the dough well enough that utensils are needed very little. I loved the mixer so much that I ordered the second one for me.
