The unit was recieved in good condition in the factory box & packaging.
Excellent for mashed potatoes. We have made several dips & they were perfectly mixed. The wire mesh mixer is only good for thinner mixes.
We had one problem with a deviled egg mix & had to go back to the twin beater hand mixer to get rid of the lumps.
