Actually, I have to return the product back the first time I received it. After the first use, the rotator refuse to rotate anymore.
Amazon was great back taking it back and ship me another machine.
The second machines works perfect, and it haven't cause me any trouble just yet.
However, there is one design I really don't like about the bowl. The paddle and the bowl do not mix all the ingredients together. There is always a spoonful of flour or sugar that gets left at the bottom.
