I had waited years before I finally received my kitchenaid mixer. I actually clapped the first time I made something in it. I now find myself looking for things to mix in it that I wouldn't ordinarily do. This mixer is incredible - it made the fluffiest cheesecake I'd ever made, as well as some fantastic mashed potatoes. I even tried some of the recipies in the manual, and everything comes out great. Kneading dough is a breeze, and cookies are mixed in no time.
