I have been wanted this mixer for a few years now, but have always had some excuse not to get it.... takes up too much space, overkill, too much money, etc. But this year I told my husband I wanted the Red Artisan instead of jewelry for Christmas. He thought I was nuts. I went and picked it out to be sure I got the one I had been dreaming of for so long. I thought I'd need a lot of time to figure everything out, but it was so simple to set up and get going. Christmas Night I got it out of the box and washed it all up and put it in its permanent spot on my counter (I did find the room). It was all ready for me this morning to make a cheesecake for a family dinner tonight. It went through 4 blocks of cream cheese like nobody's business. I'm glad I finally got this time-saving machine and quit making excuses of why not to get one. I'm sure I'll enjoy using this for many years to come. (P.S.
