Just wanted to share a handy tip. My bowl got locked in, and would not budge any way I turned it. WD-40 didn't help. I called the service number on the side, and a woman told me to put on the floor sideways and put the full weight of my body on the bowl. She assured me I would not damage it (then I remembered the whole thing's made of steel -- not even any plastic parts). So I held it with my hands and put my weight into my foot and stepped on the bowl handle, and it rolled loose!
