My wife had wanted one of these for years and so I got her this for Christmas. It was amazing that one day after the 30 day return date the mixer stopped working. The motor would hum but the mixer would not turn. It was only used maybe three times. So now I have to contact the manufactuer for service. I would highly recommend buying from a local retailer if you wanted to purchase one of these so you could check it out before buying.
