I'd never owned a kitchen mixer before (still gathering my "big girl toys"), so I did a fair amount of research before I purchased this. I've had it for about 9 months now, and I LOVE it!!! I use it regularly for various things, but the biggest plus was how easy it made Christmas cookies this year. I got the red one and it looks gorgeous in my kitchen. The instructions and little freebie cookbook that came with it are nice - and best of all, clean-up is no problem. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat! I've also got one optional attachment for it, the juicer, and I like that too.
