I love my KitchenAid. After me burning up 5 mixers in one year making icing, my daughter decided that I needed a kitchenaid mixer, so she surprised me with one. I have always wanted one. The day I got it I made a superman cake for my Grandson's birthday for which I needed a double batch of buttercream icing. (which is something I could NEVER do with any other mixer) This mixer made a double batch like it was nothing. I was so happy I think I danced around the kitchen. I can't wait to get some attachments for the mixer, so I can try to make some pasta and oooooooh yeah some ice cream too !!!
