I love this mixer! After seeing the kitchen aid on so many cooking shows, I thought it was about time to get my own. Got one for my birthday and I've used it almost every weekend. Made mashed potatoes with it and they were absolutely delicious! That is if you like smooth whipped potatoes. Made my meringue wonderfully for my pineapple pie.
