I spend a lot of time in the kitchen everyday, cooking for five people. Since I bought the kitchenaid stand mixer, I have spent less time when using it. I am very pleased not having to knead bread "manually" anymore. My first bread was a great success to say the least... my second cranberry and pecan loaf a big winner. My husband and kids loved it!!! The recipes mentioned, are found in the mixer bible.
