I've had my Artisan mixer about 1-1/2 years and I love it. My wife and I enjoy baking and it has performed well. I ordered The Mixer Bible for my wife for mother's day and since then we've kept our mixer busy almost every day. The book is really useful, not only for the tons of great recipes, but also for great ideas on how to use the mixer beyond baking. We've made pasta, and dumplings and mashed potatoes which were all great. It also gives great tips on which of the attachments make the most sense for us to buy.
