I have only had my KitchenAid mixer for a few weeks now and I've made chocolate chip cookies and two different breads. It worked great and it was wonderful having free hands while mixing the ingredients! The only problem I have with the Imperial Black mixer is that you really have to clean it good to get the flour and other mixings off of the mixer. It is rough in texture not smooth like most of the mixers, so takes a little more work to clean it, but other than that its great! I wish I got one years ago!
