I LOVE this mixer! For years I had a sunbeam stand mixer that did a good job...I thought. Until I got this mixer, I had no idea how neat they are! I always thought they were overpriced, but I have really enjoyed using it. I haven't had any trouble with it as far as the ingredients not being thoroughly mixed at the bottom as some I've read about here. I like how fast it mixes things like cookie dough. I'm not a professional baker by any means, just a mom who likes to bake. I wish I had had one when my boys were small and I was at home and had more time to bake.
