I couldn't wait to get this mixer and it arrived quicker than expected. I knew I'd love it. It isn't as loud as I thought it would be and mixed bread dough perfectly (the only thing I've tried so far.) It did come with a scratch and I find the bowl almost impossible to remove, but I think I'm gonna really love using this machine. Looking forward to doing my holiday baking as I've never had a stand mixer before. Great price and great service.
