I can't say enough good things about the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer in general. Mine did however come with a small problem: the blending paddle doesn't quite reach the bottom of the bowl so some ingredients go unmixed. When I tried to adjust the housing as directed in the owner's manual, even a small lowering caused the paddle to hit one side of the raised divet in the mixing bowl (but still leave some ingredients unmixed).
