This green apple mixer is one of the prettiest colors Kitchenaid has made yet! It looks awesome in my kitchen and has already been getting rave reviews by my guests! I haven't had it long, so I can't say about how it operates too much yet, but I had my white one for probably 20 years or more, and it was still working when I "retired" it for this new one. This mixer works as advertised.
I have made several batches of bread dough with positively no problems. The lighter work, like cookies and cakes, is absolutely a cinch.

I wish I had purchased this machine years ago. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and the results are excellent.

My next purchase will be the food/meat grinder and sausage stuffer. I'm looking forward to making fresh, flavorful sausage. I'll let you know how that works out in another review.
