I haven't been an enthusiastic cook for many years, until I got this mixer. Suddenly, I am Martha Stewart on a bender. Quiches, pasta, bread, meatloaf, Sweet potato pie, squash soup and things I can't even recollect, I seek to produce. It's fun again!
My complaint? things happen too fast! I don't get a chance to really give my artisan, with the pasta maker kit, a chance to break a sweat!
I wish there were more things that needed mixing. It's currently residing at my fiance's house where he swears that it looks depressed in my absence. I covet ALL POSSIBLE attachments.

I LOVE this mixer! It works really well and looks great in my kitchen. The only little thing that is not great is that you often have to scrape the bottom of the bowl and mix again since the mixer won't reach to the very bottom. But that's no big deal--it takes a few seconds.
