This is a great mixer at a GREAT price!! My husband bought the identical mixer for me at Christmas for $299. I paid $169. I bought some of the attachments that go on it and I love it. I highly recommend this for the average cook. I guess there is a heavier duty model if you make alot of bread, which I do not.
