I bought one 2 weeks ago, only used it couple times, then yesterday, I tried to make a simple bread, the nut to hold the head and the base together just fell off, and the head kept shaking, and made a hell of scary noise, I called the kitchenaid, and they said they will send a new one, but this is just frustrating!
