I don't know how I cooked without this!! Saves your arm from the hurt of either mixing by hand or holding up a hand mixer! I think if you buy one, you'll have it for life. Great durable quality- comes in beautiful colors too. I have the much coveted, long discontinued Violet. Looks fabulous in my kitchen!
