I didn't think that we needed a mixer as I rarely made cakes or rolls because of our heart safe and dibetice diets. Previously our old mixer (another brand) burned out from making rolls. My Mother kept insisting that I needed a mixer. She bought this one for me. We are so happy that she insisted. The hook beater blends meat loafs, cookies, hamburger recipes so well that I don't have to use my athritic hands and does a quicker cleaner job. Also, it will help to make bread and roll recipes.

I absolutely love this product. The cost was better then the one I was going to purchase in the store even before the rebate. It works incredibly well. I have used it just about every other day for something or the other. I mostly use it to make bread for my family and I can't tell you how nice it is to not be kneading all that flour in by hand. It holds a lot of flour and shows no signs of distress when loaded to capacity. I would recommend it to anyone interested. Amazon was easy to work with and the shipping was faster then expected. It was under a week and we were quoted about a week or a little longer.
