Ok I love my mixer - it stays out and mixes bread, sauces etc. - After a year and a half it was smoking - I called the number right on the mixer - a week later a new one came and I sent the old one back - that was good customer service

Now over 9 years later the attachment port did not turn with power - called customer service - a week later a refurbished one arrived - no run around - no games - the best customer service on the planet.
