Beautiful appliance, love the color. It is the "crowned jewel" on my counter-top. This thing is as much a piece of art as it is a functioning appliance. I use it daily to make bread, among other things. Have had it for well over a year & never experienced any problems.
Incidentally, Kitchen Aid's customer service is fantastic as well. I called the afternoon I first used it to knead dough because I was concerned about the "clicking" noise it was making & they said it was perfectly normal under a heavy/stressful load. I was so relieved! Here I thought I broke my new kitchen baby...
