Like I said, I waited may years before making this purchase.
The equipment is wonderful. I made 6 pounds of garlic mashed taters in a flash. I used to do the mashing the old fashing way, it took alot of time, but only a few minutes with this beast.
I have made cakes, icing, masked taters and the like, and now ai am using to it make jelly too. I love this little machine.
