I love my Kitchen Aid mixer. After 11 months of mild use my mixer broke (week before Christmast). I called Kitchen Aid, the lady was very polite, and asked several questions. She said that they will sent a new mixer with instructions, it came in two days, I packed the old one, and send it back - I didn't pay shipping it came with a slip, and UPS came and picked it up form my house.
