I honestly do not know how anyone would ever bake without this wonderful mixer. While it is a little heavy (26 pounds), once you find a permanent home for it on the counter, it will work just as beautifully as it looks! This was actually a present for my wife and honestly she has made more delicious treats in the past 2 weeks than she has in the 6 years we have known each other because it makes baking so much easier.
