This is our second KitchenAid mixer. There was nothing wrong with the first one - we just decided that having the mixer itself tilt back made things a little easier. Either way, we absolutely love it. It is a real workhorse. Making bread dough couldn't be easier. Just mix according to your recipe and then let the mixer knead the dough while you sit back and enjoy a glass of wine. We also make quarts and quarts of relish in the summer. The chopping/grinding attachment allows us to chop up to 3 gallons of veggies in less than a half hour!
