I love my mixer. I use it for everything. Bread dough, pizza dough, pastry dough. Sauces, glazes, mops. Frosting, icing. Whipping egg whites. It does a perfect job of everything. Just make sure you have the beater clearance set properly (turn the adjustment screw).
