I have wanted an Artisan mixer for a long time and finally got a great deal on Amazon. It said the box had some damage but when it arrived it was in perfect condition and the mixer is great. I have now taken up baking again because having arthritis in the hands meant mixing etc was difficult. With my Artisan it couldn't be easier. Everything is so quick and clean up is easy too.
