I have always wanted a Stand Mixer, but never really felt the need for one...decided to make this one an "early Christmas Present" to myself because it was my turn to host Christmas. I cannot say enough positive things about this mixer. It is absolutely wonderful. I find myself creating things to make that will allow me to use my mixer! When people say, "do you like your mixer?" my standard respons has been "if it was a man, I'd ...!!" Well, you get the general idea! I have no complaints. I took some of the other reviewers advice and decided to make this a countertop appliance. If you store it away, you will probably find that you will not use it because it is very, very heavy.
