I've wanted a stand mixer my entire married life (22 yrs. so far.) My sweet husband bought me this one for Christmas. It is a pure joy to use. I make homemade pizza and this works beautifully for the crust. You just have to be careful not to overload it and follow the guidelines for the maximum flour you can blend at one time. I can't wait to try some bread. We've never had fluffier mashed potatoes and cake baking is a breeze as well.
