I just received my KitchenAid mixer last week and have used it a couple of times. I immediately made a double batch of cookies to see how it would handle that amount of thick dough. So quick and easy! I again made cookies yesterday and my only regret is I waited to so long to buy it. I absolutely love it. I was worried about some of the reviews that said they had so many problems right off the bat, but so far so good. My sisters both have them and said I would love it and they were so right.
