I never would have typically purchased such a "luxury" item, but Amazon was having this awesome sale and I got it for about $100 off and it was actually one of the more affordable stand mixers on the market (I had planned on buying the Hamilton Beach)! I received it right before the holiday baking season and boy did I give it a workouot. Kids and I enjoyed using it, and it looks very cool in my kitchen. As it sits out on the counter, it turns into just another thing to clean as it gets splattered with this and that during the day, but I still love it.
