I've had my stand mixer a few months now and love it. I bought it primarily for kneading dough and it works great. That alone was worth the price. Now that I am organized, I rarely use the hand mixer, this works so much better. I keep finding more and more ways to use it. I never put it away, it lives on the countertop. (P.S. I just wanted to put in my "Due Centissimi" here. Thanks to everyone who participates in these product reviews. I have really come to rely on them before I purchase things.)
