When it arrived, in less time than stated, it was a beauty. Love it! As for features, this unit is all I need. Thanksgiving mashed potatos and turnips were superbly whipped. The machine was heavy duty enough to make the biggest batches I've ever served--which allowed for delicious leftovers. Color = fantastic, a work of art in Empire Red. It's on the counter because it's stunning. My only regret is that I didn't buy 2 or 3--to give as gifts to my sisters. These units are like tractors for kitchens--solid workhorses.
