I absolutely adore my KitchenAid stand mixer. My fiance's grandparents bought this for me as a gift and I have not stopped using it since. I am an avid baker, and this mixer makes baking so much more enjoyable for me. This item is perfect for cake batters as well as specialty frostings. I am trying to think of a negative about my stand mixer, but I cannot. This mixer is very easy to clean.
