I had to chime in and say that the past year I have had my mixer has been a GREAT year in the kitchen. We eat out less because whipping up meals (excuse the pun) are much easier with this baby ready to do the work. Pizza dough in no time, dinner rolls, sweet baked goods, creaming butter, whipping eggs, etc. You really save your elbow grease and a lot of time with one of these.
I highly recommend!
BTW, check out the photo forum -- the blue flames painted on the white mixer is about the coolest thing I have seen in a kitchen! Nice work to that guy :)
