KitchenAid KSM150PSER Artisan Series 5-Quart Mixer, Empire Red Decide Now

Originally I had intended to buy the 600 watt 6 quart Pro version, but there seems to be too many problems with that model. The 500 watt is not much better. After reading all the negative reviews for the more powerful models, I was seriously considering not buying a Kitchen Aid at all. Then I saw the gold box offer for this model, super cheap, and after reading the positive reviews, I took a chance. Am I ever glad I did.

The Artisan has enough power for me, probably more than I'll ever need. I don't plan on ever making gigantic batches of bread, maybe just a loaf now and then, and since that seems to cause most of the problems with the 500-600 watt versions, I'm home free. This unit is quiet considering the power, runs smooth, and is so easy to use. I really like the fact that I can lift the head of the unit, tilt back style, instead of wrestling with the bowl lift feature. I can really get in there and scrape the bowl. All my fears were for nothing. It came very well packed, and the red color is slightly subdued with the most beautiful shine and patina. Gorgeous!!! It's fits under my cupboards where the other models would not have so it sits up front and center so I can use it as often as I wish. Plus, the rebate the month I bought it was the meat grinder. It's the perfect accessory for my needs! I'm one happy customer. Why did I wait so long?

Don't give it a second thought. Buy this mixer and enjoy all your home made goodies.Get more detail about KitchenAid KSM150PSER Artisan Series 5-Quart Mixer, Empire Red.
