This is the best mixer ever. My Mom had one years ago which we used as kids. Now it was time to purchase my own. Big batch cookies are now a breeze. No fighting and struggling with the bulky dough of oatmeal cookies, with 6 cups oatmeal. Mixer blends right through. Takes the hard work out. I find myself looking for new ways to use my mixer.
