I absolutely love my KitchenAid! After 20+ years of wanting a stand mixer (and going through enough cheap ones to pay for it, I might add), and then agonizing which standing-mixer to get, I finally went with this one based on the reviews and am so glad that I did.
I've always believed in mixing dry ingredients in by hand to avoid flat, runny cookies, biscuits and cakes, but with the "stir" setting on this, I don't need to anymore. It even mixes chocolate chips in with ease.
Creams whip faster, dry ingredients mix evenly distributed, it's easy to use and clean, and looks handsome standing on my counter. The engine size is more than adequate for our family of nine and the amount of work we demand of it.
